Postponement of the Carroll County USDA Commodity Food Distribution. The Carroll County Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council Service Center will NOT be distributing USDA Commodity Foods on January 15th and 16th, 2014, as originally scheduled, due to uncontrollable circumstances.
