Man Stabbed in Humboldt

HUMBOLDT, Tenn. – A Humboldt man is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed late Wednesday morning. Humboldt police said they were dispatched to Central and Mitchell Street around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in response to a stabbing. When they arrived, they found a man with a stab wound to his chest. The victim was transported to Humboldt General Hospital by ambulance, and is currently in fair condition. Police said they have a person of interest in custody.
