WRAP’s Annual Pancake Breakfast and Consignment Sale
On Saturday, April 12, 2014, WRAP will hold its Annual Pancake Breakfast from 7:30am until 10:30am. This event focuses on a morning of pancakes and bacon prepared for you by the staff at The Bakers Rack. The Pancake Breakfast is a fundraising event that WRAP has held for the past several years. This year, in conjunction with the Pancake Breakfast, WRAP will be holding a charity sale of clothes for women and children across the street from The Bakers Rack. These activities will raise the funds needed to buy bus tickets that reunite abused mothers and their children with safe and caring relatives or friends or to pay utility deposits and/or rent for a month or two for an abuse survivor trying to achieve independence or to pay for emergency medicine for a family escaping violence who are without money or insurance but have a child who needs insulin or an adult who needs blood pressure medication or to buy supplies for art or music therapy for survivors in shelter or to meet the various and unique needs of so many other survivors from throughout West Tennessee and their families.
