Madison County extends State of Emergency order

JACKSON, Tenn. — Madison County has extended a State of Emergency for the county.

The order is an extension of the original State of Emergency issued last week. The extension will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, April 2, 2020.

Madison County Mayor Jimmy Harris said the State of Emergency will be evaluated every seven days and extended as needed.
