David Woolfork requests investigation into secret sex tape

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — The controversy surrounding a sex tape featuring a former Madison County sheriff is far from over.

On Monday, David Woolfork’s attorney Mark Donahoe presented the District Attorney and Jackson Police Department with a letter formally requesting that Deputy Sharon Sangster and Constable Frankie Lax be investigated for a sex tape Woolfork says was filmed without his consent.

Jerry Woodall and Capt. Tyreece Miller received the request. WBBJ spoke with Donahoe and will have an interview with him regarding the possible investigation tonight at 6 and 10.

Woodall says he has not seen the letter yet, as he would out of office on other business on Monday. He says he will respond accordingly to the letter on Tuesday.

The full text of the letter can be found here
