Miss Tennessee Preliminary Competition: Night 2
JACKSON, Tenn.- Thursday night saw another night of on-stage preliminary competition for the 2014 Miss Tennessee crown. All 36 contestants took the stage again as they work to perfect their performance for Saturday night. The ladies competed on stage in swimsuit, evening wear and talent preliminaries. Off stage the contestants have taken part in private interviews with the judges. Spectators of the event said they are excited to be a part of it. “We make a point to come out and support the pageant and the talent was awesome last night so we are really excited to see what goes on tonight,” said Kathleen George, a pageant attendee. The winner of swimsuit competition was Miss Henderson County Jessic Haas. The winner of talent competition was Miss Tennessee Valley Hayley Lewis. In the People’s Choice Award, voted on by attendee’s went to Miss Memphis Christine Williamson.
