Mark Pearcy No Show in Court, Hearing Rescheduled

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn.- Holly Bobo suspect Mark Pearcy was a no-show Monday in court but his attorney was. Pearcy was picked up by federal agents on charges including having a gun as a convicted felon. He and his brother are charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact in the death of Holly Bobo. The judge rescheduled his hearing for August 18.
