BELLS, Tenn.- A past Tennessee Education Lottery Educator of the Week that was featured on 7 Eyewitness News has won another award. Darlene Palmer was named the statewide Educator of the Month. The Bells Elementary School Kindergarten teacher was chosen by students, parents and others who voted for her on the Tennessee Education Lottery site, seehowitaddsup.com. Palmer said she loves making a difference in her students’ lives. “I just enjoy what I do every day. I like making a difference in the lives of my students and I enjoy just trying to be a positive role model to them, said teacher Darlene Palmer at Bells Elementary School. 7 Eyewitness News congratulates Palmer who has been teaching for quite some time.
