Terry Fire Department Open House
The Terry Volunteer Fire Department is currently undergoing several major renovations to its station. Volunteer firefighters and their families have been hard at work making repairs to the building, painting cabinets, walls, and doors, refinishing countertops, and painting the floor of the station. Future renovations will include repairing a building addition and repainting the exterior of the building. The Fire Department plans to unveil the newest renovations to the community during an Open House to be held on Sunday, October 5th, from 4:00 until 6:00 pm. Volunteers will be serving FREE catfish, white beans, cornbread, drinks, and desserts while they last. Donations will be accepted. The Terry Volunteer Fire Department building is available for community events and the department hopes the new renovations will encourage others to utilize the building more often.
