Property owner seeks help in fire investigation

RUTHERFORD, Tenn. – A West Tennessee man is asking the public for their help.

On Monday, this former Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Rutherford caught fire.

Fire officials say no one was in the building and no injuries were reported.

The owner of the property, Devin Edwards, says if anyone has any information that can help investigators, please come forward.

“They actually put up a sign in front of the house that there was a $5,000 reward to anybody who could give information about the arson” said Edwards.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
