Chester Co. ready for war against Lexington

HENDERSON, Tenn. – Chester County has the chance to do something special. “Our players parents’ parents don’t even know what it’s like to beat Lexington,” said junior quarterback Bo Morris. The Eagles last victory over the Big Red Tigers was in 1999. There’s more on the line than ending a losing streak. Friday’s winner will be crowned district champion and earn a home playoff game. “We want to get beyond that mediocrity. We’ve had some success over the years, but just not in this game,” said head coach Michael Hodum. Chester County and Lexington face off at 7 p.m. in Henderson. Highlights and the final score can be seen on 5th Quarter.
