JACKSON, Tenn. — A trial date has been set for Charles Pittman, the 22-year-old accused of killing his fiancee on the campus of Union University. On Nov. 2, Pittman, a former student, will stand trial for allegedly killing Olivia Greenlee in 2014. Pittman has been charged with first-degree murder. During Monday’s hearing, a new plea cut-off date was scheduled for Sept. 8. Attorneys for Pittman say they have the entire week reserved for his trial.
