BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — A local animal shelter released surveillance video Monday of a person suspected of stealing a dog. The Brownsville-Haywood County Animal Shelter shared the video on their Facebook page. According to the shelter’s post, earlier this month the man seen in the video visited with the dogs for more than 20 minutes then struggled to pry the fence for more than 5 minutes.
