LeBonheur Children’s Hospital Mobile Van
The LeBonheur Van will be at McKenzie Head Start, Tuesday June 23rd and Wednesday June 24th. They will service Carroll County residents 18 and under. Physicals including hearing and vision screening, sports physicals and sick/acute care, and lead screenings are services that will be provided. 1st patient seen at 9:30 am and last at 2:30 pm.
