Car hits retaining wall, person injured

JACKSON, Tenn.-A frightening scene in east Jackson early Tuesday evening.
The Jackson Police Department said a person was injured when their car lost control on Cartmell Street after 5 p.m. and hit a retaining wall. Police said the driver was being treated for their injuries. The cause is under investigation.
