JACKSON, Tenn. — A Jackson man appeared Monday in city court on a charge of aggravated domestic assault. According to investigators and court documents, Kevin Orlanda Miller punched his wife in the face because their water was “turned off” at their east Jackson home. Investigators say Miller also held a large pocket knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. Miller is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
