MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — Deputies investigate two break-ins at Madison County convenience stores, and it appears the thieves only wanted one thing — lottery tickets. The first happened at Superway on Law Road. Deputies say $12,000 in lottery tickets were taken. At another Superway on Riverside Drive, $6,500 in lottery tickets were stolen. Deputies say the break-ins happened before the gas stations’ new owners took over. If you can help, call Crime Stoppers at 731-424-TIPS (8477).
