Paris musical to demonstrate African-American musical history
PARIS, Tenn. — A hometown production is taking the audience through the history of spiritual songs and dance.

The production “We’ve Come A Long Way” will go through the history of African-American songs and dances in America, and all the way down to Henry County.
The program will be Feb. 20 at 4 p.m. in the KPAC auditorium in the Krider Performing Arts Center on 650 Volunteer Drive in Paris.
Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
The show is directed by Andre Richardson, and presented by the Paris-Henry County Bicentennial Committee.
