Good Samaritan Said Woman He Helped Robbed Him

A good Samaritan said he was trying to help his neighbor only to find out she was allegedly stealing from him. Michael Higgins said he has given his neighbor, Jada Faro; food, money and has even let her borrow a car. However, the past few weeks he said Faro has been coming into his house stealing from him. He said she took food, electronics, and jewelry. When investigators went to arrest her they discovered that she had just been arrested in Carroll County for breaking into another home. Higgins said he is surprised she took advantage of him. “All this stuff was missing, canned goods, bread, potato chips, stuff like that. Then we got to looking through the house and found out we had some jewelry missing,” said Higgins Faro is charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000.
