Dyer Station Fireworks Postponed

Dyer, Tenn. – An annual fireworks show set for Independence Day has been postponed. According to their web site, the Dyer Station Celebration Fireworks scheduled for the evening of July 4 have been postponed. A make up date has yet to be scheduled. The change was made because of the excessive dryness and the risk of fire. In addition, Dyer Fire Chief Roger Worrell asks that Dyer residents refrain from shooting fireworks during the holiday.
