Summer Celebration Held at Research and Education Center

Jackson, Tenn. – Lawn and garden enthusiasts gathered Thursday at an annual event to learn the latest on how to take care of their plants, shrubs and lawns. Thousands of people attended the UT Summer Celebration put on by the UT AG-Research and Education Center. The UT Center, best known as the Experiment Farm, has been around for a hundred years teaching folks how to grow things from crops to their favorite plants. Those attending checked out thousands of trees, shrubs and flowers on display and enjoyed presentations to improve what they grow.
