UBS adding more jobs at Nashville hub
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Financial services firm UBS AG says it will add even more jobs than originally anticipated in Nashville.
Bob McCann, CEO of UBS Wealth Management Americas, told The Tennessean (http://tnne.ws/1EZR9Rn) that he anticipates having 1,500 people working at the firm by this time next year.
When officials announced in 2013 that UBS was creating a hub in Nashville, they said they expected to hire 1,000 people in the next five years.
The company currently has more than 800 workers at UBS Tower.
