Allegiant adds nonstop links to Tennessee and Texas
LAS VEGAS (AP) – Allegiant officials say nonstop service linking Las Vegas to Memphis, Tennessee and Brownsville, Texas begins this summer.
The airline announced the new routes Tuesday along with 20 others across the country.
The Memphis flight begins May 22 while the Brownsville flight starts June 4. Fares start at $80 from Memphis and $85 from Brownsville.
Allegiant has 135 flights a week this month at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
The airline is based in Las Vegas and its business model is focused on low-cost fares charging extra for other amenities and services.
