Decatur Co. couple indicted on insurance fraud

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn.-A Decatur County couple, accused of trying to get free insurance for their kids, are indicted this week… James and Kimberly Inman were indicted on counts of insurance fraud and conspiracy to commit insurance fraud. The TBI said James is the CEO of the Family Clinic in Parsons where Kimberly works as a nurse practitioner. Between 2011 and 2014 agents said the couple falsified income amounts to get insurance for their children through the ‘Tennessee CoverKids’ program.

Both are now free on their own recognizance.
