Martin PD announces promotions

MARTIN, Tenn. — Four Martin police officers have been promoted. According to Chief Don Teal, 14-year veteran Officer Phillip Fuqua was promoted to administrative captain. Officer Mike Wenz, who has served for nine years, was promoted to patrol lieutenant. Officer Marty McClure, a 16-year veteran, was promoted to patrol sergeant. Officer Brad Cook, who has been on the force for nine years, was promoted to patrol sergeant.
