Man charged with arranging to meet underage girl for sex

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man appeared Thursday in Jackson City Court after police say he arranged online to meet an underage girl for sex. Lee Yarbrough, 33, is accused of contacting a 16-year-old girl online and soliciting her for sex, according to an affidavit. Investigators were conducting a sting operation Tuesday targeting the solicitation of minors online, the document states. Police say Yarbrough arranged to meet the girl at her residence. Yarbrough is charged with solicitation of aggravated statutory rape. The judge set his bond at $25,000.
