White Bluff man charged in woman’s homicide
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A middle Tennessee man has been charged in the death of a Dickson woman.
The body of a White Bluff resident, Cynthia Darlene Green, was discovered March 8 by authorities in her East Railroad apartment, according to a press release. Shortly following the discovery of her body the Dickson Police Department requested the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations to join in the investigation, according to the release. Authorities say TBI Agents and detectives developed information leading to 21-year-old Keianthony Garrett, Cynthia Green’s neighbor, as the individual responsible for the crime.
Officials say Garrett was served with a warrant Thursday charging him with one count of Criminal Homicide.
Garrett remains in the custody of the Dickson County Jail on unrelated charges, according to the release.
