Graveside Services for Mrs. Mattie Lee Woolfork, age 91 of Medina, Tennessee will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020, 1:00 P.M., at the Hudson Chapel C.M.E. Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 4:00-6:00 P.M., at the Stephenson-Shaw Chapel.

Although the Executive Order of the Mayor has expired requiring Face Coverings or Masks, Stephenson-Shaw will STILL ENFORCE WEARING FACE COVERINGS or MASKS for Visitations, Memorials, Funerals and while inside premises.
