UT Martin taking applications for WestTeach program

MARTIN, Tenn. — Applications can now be submitted from teachers interested in the WestTeach Program.

The University of Tennessee at Martin says applicants have to be K-12 teachers and have a letter of recommendation from their principal and director/superintendent of schools.

Only one teacher will be chosen from each school district.

The program itself will begin Aug. 29-30 and ends in December.
