Local health department partners up to host back to school bash
JACKSON, Tenn. — Kids are headed back to school and one event comes just in time to wrap up the summer.
All visitors were treated to a community cookout and free school supplies at the back to school bash.
This event was in partnership with the Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department and Jackson-Madison Prevention Coalition.
A basketball giveaway was also up for grabs for this year’s celebration.
Hundreds of residents take part in the school bash each year.
