Dr. Nelson earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO, where she was recognized with several honors including the Richard J. Murphy, D.O. Memorial Scholarship, the Dr. and Mrs. Alton Hinks Financial Assistance Endowment, and the Snyder-Crummy Living Tribute Scholarship. These awards reflect her academic excellence and commitment to the field. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at UTHSC Family Medicine in Jackson, TN. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.

Dr. Nelson brings a fresh perspective and a strong dedication to patient health to The Jackson Clinic.
