Report names Tennessee one of the most ‘boring’ states in America

JACKSON, Tenn. — Tennessee: Some call it the Volunteer State, some call it… boring?

A new report conducted by an online social casino analyzed data to come up with a list of the “most boring” and “most fun” states in the U.S.

High 5 Casino looked at nine factors including: entertainment and recreation, nightlife, number of national parks, emotional and physical wellbeing, community and environment, work environment, number of casinos, gaming revenue of casinos, and population density.

According to their list, Tennessee tied with Kansas to take 10th place on their list.

With a population density of 175 people per square mile, Tennessee isn’t short of people to socialize with. However, various other factors such as a community and environment score of 42 and, perhaps most importantly, zero casinos result in it having a total score of 6.91 out of 9. This places Tennessee as the tenth most boring state in the USA.
