Former Carroll Co. judge faces charges

CARROLL CO., Tenn.— A former judge in Carroll county facing charges.

We received this tip thanks to our WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipsters.

78-year-old Larry Logan was booked into the Carroll County Jail Saturday evening at noon.

According to Mobile Patrol, he was charged with one count of Driving Under the Influence, under a $150,000 bond and one count of Possession of a Handgun-While Driving Under the Influence.

Logan was arrested and released the same day.

Former Carroll county Judge Larry Logan served as judge over both general sessions and juvenile court for over 40 years.
