SELMER, Tenn.-Walking trails in the city of Selmer are getting a facelift, thanks to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The city of Selmer received $52,000 through the Recreational Trails program. Students and teachers from Selmer Elementary School helped celebrate the announcement.
