Man Accused of Masturbating in Church

A Paris man has been arrested after police said local church members caught him exposing himself and masturbating during Sunday morning service. Willie Max Russell. 33, was arrested Sunday on a charge of indecent exposure at a Paris church just before Noon, Sunday. He was booked into the Henry County jail and posted a $500 bond the same day. Records show Russell was previously charged with the same offense after an officer said he broke into a local business and used a computer to access pornography.
