Man Dies in Gibson County Car Accident

BRADFORD, Tenn. — An elderly Gibson County man is dead after a two car crash just south of the Bradford, Tuesday evening. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says an 18-wheeler was driving southbound down Highway 45, when a Ford Taurus attempted to turn off of Vick Road. First responders say the semi truck slammed on its breaks, but was unable to stop before striking the driver’s side of the car, killing Gene Fisher of Bradford, 82.
