UT Martin Fraternity on Interim Suspension

MARTIN, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee at Martin’s Alpha Tau Omega is on interim suspension pending a hazing investigation. The school says they are investigating the chapter after a pledge class member was hit with a vehicle in Weakley County. The Tennessee Highway Patrol and the University Office of Greek Life and the Office of Student Conduct are investigating. The fraternity must cease all functions until the investigation is complete. THP says the pledge suffered head injuries from the wreck.
