Hardin County Fire Department delivers pizzas, smoke alarms for Fire Prevention Week

HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — Hardin County Fire Department spent the day delivering pizza’s alongside Domino’s employees.

They did this to remind homeowners on the importance of having working fire alarms.

“If we go up to your house with the delivery person and your smoke alarms are working in all your rooms and you have what you need, you get your pizza for free. If not, you have to pay for your pizza but we will put in smoke alarms in your home for free. We’re just trying to get smoke alarms in all the homes in Hardin County,” Larae Sliger, EMA director for Hardin County

This campaign was part of Fire Prevention Week.
