Where in the world is Santa? NORAD Santa Tracker has the answer
JACKSON, Tenn. — The North American Aerospace Defense Command is a joint Canadian and U.S. Military organization.

It provides warning, control, and maritime warning for North America.
Also, they famously track Santa every single year to see where he is and how many gifts have been delivered.
There are many ways you can get this information.
You can watch Santa fly across Earth on their website, you can call in and speak to a tracker, or you can use their mobile app.

They have been tracking Santa for 70 years and Major General David Moar tells us how it began.
“It started out, actually, as a mistake,” Moar said. “A young child calling a number that they’d seen on a flyer thinking they would be connecting with Santa and his helpers. In fact, they ended up connecting to our operations center. A really fast thinking colonel provided information to the child knowing what they were seeking.”
