Sen. Corker Visits Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn.- U.S. Senator Bob Corker, the ranking member of the Foreign Relations Committee was in Jackson Monday and talked about the deal with Iran. While in town, he met with the Old Hickory Rotary Club as well as the West Tennessee Homebuilders Association. He spoke on a wide variety of subjects, but when it came to Iran he expressed criticism of the deal which he said is felt by fellow Republicans and Democrats. “Look, I was disappointed in the interim deal, I felt like that we gave up on sanctions but not a single centrifuge in Iran is not going to be spinning as a result of this deal,” said Sen. Bob Corker of Tennessee. Corker went on to say he thinks there will be a bipartisan effort to try to make sure this deal is not the final agreement with Iran.
