Warm Weather Draws Christmas Parade Crowd

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Christmas season officially arrived in the City of Jackson. The Hub City hosted its annual Christmas parade, which made its way through downtown Jackson, Monday evening. The warm weather brought out hundreds of residents who lined the streets to see the floats, marching bands, special guests and of course Santa Clause. The parade is an event many people consider a must see. “It’s just exciting to see everybody come out,” said Lori Parker. “I enjoy seeing the dancing, hearing the music and seeing everybody enjoy themselves. The theme of this year’s parade was “Through a Child’s Eyes.”
