Three Arrested on Drug Charges

JACKSON, Tenn.-A raid by narcotics officers lands three more in jail. Arthur Woods, Berry Johnson and Vosie Phillips face various drug charges. Woods faces additional counts including having a gun as a convicted felon. He remains jailed while Johnson and Phillips are free on bond. Officers raided Woods’ apartment in east Jackson last Friday and seized marijuana, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, a loaded gun and more than $1,300 in cash.
