One dead after single-vehicle crash in Chester Co.

CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash early Thursday morning just north of Henderson. Wyndy Amber Hubbard, 36, of Saltillo, was killed, according to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report. She was the only passenger in the Isuzu Rodeo SUV involved in the wreck. She was not wearing a seat belt, the report states. The driver, Shane Bishop, 34, also of Saltillo, was injured in the accident. There were no details listed on the nature of his injuries. The report states he also was not wearing a seat belt. The vehicle was traveling south on Old Jackson Road just after 3 a.m. when it failed to negotiate a curve, left the right side of the roadway and struck a tree, according to the report.
