MAYOR RAWLS AND THE CITY OF BROWNSVILLE 2ND ANNUAL HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR
Brownsville’s Mayor William D. Rawls, Jr. is excited to announce BCBS of Tennessee as our PRESENTING SPONSOR and CLAY AND LAND as our ADDITIONAL SPONSOR for our 2nd Annual Free Community Health and Wellness Fair! This event is free for all ages and will be held on Saturday, July 18th from 8:30am. to 12:00noon at the Boys and Girls Club located at 127 N. Grand Ave in Brownsville. The purpose of this event is to increase health awareness through education and prevention in order to become a healthier community together. We want to provide basic but essential health screenings (blood pressure checks, BMI, diabetes, etc.) as well as a variety of community agency informational booths designed to help the community become aware of the many health-related programs, services, and providers located in our community.
