Early Voting Begins in Tennessee

Early voting for Tennessee’s Republican Presidential Primary is underway. Tennessee is among 10 states holding their presidential primaries on March 6, which is known as Super Tuesday. It is the first-time that voters are being required to show a photo ID. Madison County Election Coordinator Kim Buckley said, so far, ever voter has come in with the correct ID to cast a ballot. “Things have gone amazingly well and every voter has come in with that ID so we are very pleased with that,” said Kim Buckley, Administrator Of Elections for Madison County. Early voting for next month’s presidential primary continues through February 28. Check with you local election commission office for voting times and locations.
