Speed and alcohol have been identified as contributing factors in the weekend crash that killed an 18-year-old Jackson man. Investigators said Dylan Kirk was trying to exit onto Hollywood Drive from the 45 By Pass around 3:30 a.m. Sunday when he hit a utility pole. Officers said he was not wearing a seat belt. Kirk was a Freshman at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and a former Trinity Christian Academy baseball player.
