Candidates Qualify for 26th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Race

7 Eyewitness News can tell you who will be on the ballot in August in the race for the 26th Circuit Court judge’s seat vacated by Judge Roger Page who was appointed to the state court of criminal appeals late last year. There are six candidates who met Thursday’s filing deadline. They include, Kyle Atkins, Dale Conder, Junior and Edward Martindale. Also filing were Mark Patey, Nathan Pride and Lloyd Tatum. The 26th Judicial District includes Madison, Henderson and Chester Counties. Early voting begins July 13, with election day set for Thursday, August 2.
